Everything we deliver is digital. Here is how and when your report reaches you.
This Delivery Policy describes how and when you receive the digital reports you order from PRIMORA BRIDGE LIMITED. All of our products are digital — there is no physical shipment.
1. What you receive
Each order is delivered as a professionally prepared digital report (PDF) sent to the email address provided at checkout. Depending on the package, the report includes the analysis, insights, and recommendations described in our Pricing section.
2. Delivery time
- Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of any required information.
- Timeframes are based on business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may be delivered on the next business day.
- More complex websites or larger packages may occasionally require additional time; we will let you know if so.
3. Information we need from you
To deliver on time, please provide accurate details at checkout, including the correct website address (URL) and any context or access we request. Delivery time begins once we have what we need to start.
4. Delays
If we anticipate a delay — for example due to missing information or technical access issues — we will contact you promptly with an updated timeline.
5. Delivery confirmation and non-receipt
- You will receive your report by email once it is ready.
- If you have not received it within the expected window, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Still nothing? Email contact@primorabridge.com with your order details and we will resend it.
6. No physical shipment
Because all deliverables are digital, no items are shipped and no shipping fees apply.
