We want you to feel confident ordering. Here is exactly how refunds work for our digital reports.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for digital reports purchased from PRIMORA BRIDGE LIMITED. Because our reports are bespoke digital deliverables prepared specifically for you, the terms below reflect that nature.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel your order before we begin preparing your report, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply email us as soon as possible with your order details.
2. After work has begun or been delivered
Once preparation has started or the report has been delivered, orders are generally non-refundable because the work is custom and digital. However, we stand behind the quality of our work:
- If a delivered report materially fails to match the scope described for the package you purchased, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will review your concern and, at our discretion, revise the report or issue a partial or full refund.
3. How to request a refund
Email contact@primorabridge.com with your order number, the email used at purchase, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within two business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after a report has been delivered as described.
- Failure to provide the information or access needed to complete the report.
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes, where the report itself was delivered as specified (our reports are advisory and do not guarantee specific results).
6. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
